Duggy™ 6-Month Warranty Replacement Policy

At Duggy™, we design our products to be tough and reliable. Our gear is built for durability and should never break under normal use — but we understand that sometimes things happen.

That’s why we offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Free replacement of any Duggy™ unit that has broken or snapped during normal, intended use within 6 months of purchase (Can be extended under certain circumstances).

What Is Not Covered

• Units exposed to high heat that have warped or deformed.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or unintended use.

Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for an $8 shipping fee (If order is from the past 3 months the shipping will be fully refunded) for all warranty replacement shipments.

To request a replacement, please contact us through DuggyGear@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged unit.  Once approved you will be provided an RMA number and you can use this number and pay for shipping on this page.
