At Duggy, we stand behind the quality of our gear organizers. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-customized product, we are here to help.

Returns for Non-Customized Products

• You may return unused, non-customized items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email us at clemcustomcreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
 
Note: Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Customized Orders
Customized items (including personalized gear organizers or any product made-to-order with specific designs, names, team logos, etc.) are final sale and non-returnable.
Please double-check your customization details before placing your order. If a customized item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
