Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
   

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Expedited options are available at additional cost.

 
Please note: Shipping times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website or through your Duggy account, if registered.
